Hi there, If your WinMX keeps crashing you might be using the connection patch made by KM found from winmxworld.com. This connection patch has known problems and I recommend you use PIE Patch to get your WinMX connected. Before you begin, check you have the file: ws2_32.dll in your WinMX folder (normally C:\Program Files\WinMX), if you DON'T then you don't need to follow these steps and have a completely different WinMX problem. Right to start, you will need to reinstall WinMX, to do so: 1. Go to: Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > then uninstall your WinMX from there. 2. Delete your WinMX folder completely (normally found in C:\Program Files\). 3. Empty your Recycle Bin. 4. Download the lastest PIE Patch from >>> HERE <<< and follow the steps for whichever method you choose. 5. Download WinMX 3.53 from >>> HERE <<< and follow the instillation steps. With any luck this should get your WinMX sorted, but if not, please post your problem and I will try and help you . Take care Ninko
